## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Human-Computer Interaction, AI Engineering oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet., * Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Python (ML-Frameworks wie TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) mit.
 * Vertrautheit mit modernen AI-Agent-Frameworks wie LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face Hub oder ähnlichen Toolchains von Vorteil.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Prototyping-Tools (z.B. Figma, Streamlit, Gradio).
 * Verständnis für User Research, Accessibility und Usability-Testing wünschenswert.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift.

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI-Prototypen oder datengetriebenem UX-Engineering.
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit API-Anbindungen und der Integration von Generative-AI- oder LLM-basierten Agenten.
 * Freude daran, Technologie und menschliche Erfahrung intelligent zu verbinden.

## Description

* Deine Aufgabe ist es, Forschungsergebnisse, Daten und Algorithmen in nutzbare, attraktive und intelligente Prototypen zu verwandeln - und damit regionalen Unternehmen zu helfen, KI-Lösungen zu testen und implementieren.
 * Gemeinsam mit Data Scientists, UX-Designer:innen und Fachexpert:innen entwickelst du KI-basierte Anwendungen, virtuelle Assistenten und interaktive Dashboards.
 * Entwicklung von KI-gestützten Prototypen und Demonstratoren (z.B. Chatbots, Empfehlungssysteme, digitale Zwillinge, Bewegungsdaten-Analyse-Tools).
 * Gestaltung von interaktiven Interfaces und Frontend-Komponenten, die KI-Modelle in reale Arbeitsabläufe integrieren.
 * Anbindung von Machine-Learning-Modellen und APIs (z.B. OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) an benutzerfreundliche Frontends oder Low-Code-Apps.
 * Mitarbeit bei Test-before-Invest-Aktivitäten: Übersetzung von KMU-Bedarfen in technische und UX-Konzepte, Umsetzung und Validierung.
 * Durchführung von User-Tests und Iterationszyklen auf Basis von Nutzerverhalten und Performance-Daten.
 * Dokumentation der Prototypen.
