## Description

* Infrastruktur-Projekte: Planung und Umsetzung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Migrationen (On-Premise & M365/Azure).
 * 3rd Level & Eskalation: Technischer Ansprechpartner für komplexe Störungen, die das Support-Team nicht lösen kann.
 * Architektur & Design: Konzeption von Kundenlösungen (Server, Storage, Firewall, Backup) und Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technischen Fragen.
 * Sicherheitsmanagement & Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung lückenloser Dokumentationen und Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards unter Einhaltung der IT-Sicherheitsaspekte im Team.
 * Sicherheits- und Governance-Modell: Du implementierst Sicherheitsrichtlinien und entwickelst Governance-Strategien, um die Integrität und Sicherheit unserer SharePoint-Daten zu gewährleisten.
 * Fehlerbehebung und Troubleshooting: Service & Support.
 * Mitwirkung bei der Planung von Informationssicherheitsmaßnahmen für IT-Projekte.
