## Description

* Überwachung und Umsetzung von technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen, um zentrale Sicherheitsanforderungen, Datenschutzvorgaben und Compliance-Regeln einzuhalten.
 * Hauptansprechpartner für servicebezogene Fragestellungen der IT-Key-User aus den Fachabteilungen.
 * Optimierung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten ITSM-Systeme und Tools.
 * Projektmitarbeit & zentrale IT-Themen (z.B. IAM).
 * Steuerung des externen Serviceproviders inkl. Überwachung der SLAs.
 * Koordination und Pflege des Asset Managements über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fertigungsbereich & Projekte zur Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur.
