Voice characteristics:
Female, \"mature\" ******* years old), natural rather than polished/robotic - retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.
Personality and Tone:
Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)
Natural and approachable in a dialogue
Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust
Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please
Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)
Speech Quality and Clarity:
Easy to follow and clear
Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses
Qualifications
Must be native speaker of the target locale
Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming
Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup
Recording software
