Our client, a UK-based group, is seeking an experienced Head of IT and Digital Services to lead end-to-end IT operations, technology strategy, and digital transformation across the organisation and its subsidiaries.This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for delivering secure, reliable IT services while driving technology modernisation across infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the group-wide IT and digital services strategy, governance, and technology roadmapLead IT service delivery across service desk, field support, infrastructure, and business systemsDrive the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365Own and enhance the organisation's management systemStrengthen cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, and risk managementIdentify and embed AI technologies, including AI agents, safely and pragmatically to improve business outcomesManage IT budgets, suppliers
