The team plays a critical role in driving operational and commercial performance by delivering analytics, reporting, AI solutions and actionable insight that inform business decisions. By turning complex data into clear recommendations, the team helps shape strategy, improve efficiency and enhance customer and commercial outcomes across the airline.
