## About the Role

* Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician
 * Good experience across the RIBA work stages
 * Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
 * Stage 4 and ideally Stage 5 experience
 * AutoCAD is essential
 * Revit experience would be advantageous but is not required
 * Good communication and organisational skills, The practice may consider candidates who have less experience in certain areas where they can demonstrate particularly strong technical capabilities.

## Description

9B Careers is working with an established Cambridge architectural practice looking for a qualified Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for someone with broad experience across the RIBA stages, with strong technical skills being particularly important.
The Role

 * Work on projects from planning through to technical delivery
 * Produce detailed drawing and construction packages
 * Take projects through the technical stages and ideally Stage 5
 * Coordinate with consultants and other members of the project team
 * Contribute across multiple project stages depending on experience
 * Working on housing, healthcare, education and commercial
