## About the Role

* Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role
 * Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience
 * Experience troubleshooting integrations
 * Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
 * Desirable skills include D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit
 * Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable, We offer a 100% work from home / fully remote role with a salary of £35k- £40k base salary plus awesome benefits. You will join a team where your expertise has a direct impact, acting as a trusted technical partner to clients, tackling varied challenges, providing hands-on consultancy and building lasting relationships. This role will suit someone with experience in a similar Dynamics 365 support or technical position, and we are looking for someone ready to make an impact.

## Description

* Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
 * Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues
 * Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients
 * Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
 * Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries
 * Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience
