You will responsible for the performance, coordination and continuous improvement of Migrant Help's Technology, Innovation and Insight directorate. The Director is responsible for translating strategic objectives into deliverable plans, maintaining oversight of directorate performance, and ensuring that technology, insight and change capabilities deliver measurable value and security to the organisation. The role provides operational leadership and delivery assurance across the directorate, enabling the CIO to focus on enterprise strategy, governance, organisational risk, innovation and executive leadership. If you have demonstrable strong leadership skills with experience of technology-enabled change, organisational improvement and stakeholder engagement, and are looking for an exciting role that makes a difference, we d love to hear from you!
