## About the Role

* Previous experience in electronics design, fault diagnosis and component-level repair
 * Strong PCB design and layout capability, taking designs through to full assembly
 * Mandatory experience using KiCAD, with exposure to legacy Altium conversions
 * Confident use of test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters and signal generators
 * Experience working with issue tracking tools such as Jira and documentation systems
 * Audio communications experience would be very advantageous.

* Designing, reviewing and maintaining schematics for a wide range of electronic products
 * Diagnosing and resolving hardware faults from returned units and production builds
 * Supporting production teams with PCB redesigns, issue resolution and technical queries
 * Testing products to ensure correct functionality, radio connectivity and compliance
 * Contributing to new product development and future technology initiatives
 * Providing technical support across departments when complex issues arise
