You will ideally be able to demonstrate: * Extensive experience securing enterprise infrastructure environments. * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access. * Experience with IAM and PAM. * Strong Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration experience. * Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. * Knowledge of enterprise networking, wireless networking, firewalls and network segmentation. * Experience in infrastructure security, hardening and vulnerability management. * A track record of delivering infrastructure projects and meaningful technology improvements. * Experience using PowerShell / Linux scripting to automate and simplify. * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. * Experience working with managed service providers and third-party technology partners. * A proven ability to deliver practical, measurable improvements to security. * The ability to assess technical risk and make pragmatic decisions that improve security without compromising operational stability. What you'll be doing Reporting into the Head of Technology Operations & Systems, you will shape our infrastructure strategy by assessing and modernising existing technology platforms, developing technical standards and roadmaps, evaluating new technologies, and translating business requirements into practical, secure solutions. You will design, build and support on-premises and Microsoft Azure infrastructure, helping drive cloud adoption while maintaining strong standards for governance, security, connectivity and resilience. You will improve IAM across Active Directory, ADFS and Microsoft Entra ID, implementing MFA, Conditional Access and PAM solutions to strengthen identity security. You will build resilient networks, working in collaboration with networking teams to improve performance, resilience and security across LAN, wireless, SD-WAN and internet connectivity, including segmentation and secure remote access putting security and resilience first by strengthening infrastructure security through vulnerability remediation, platform hardening and lifecycle management, while supporting backup, disaster recovery and business continuity. This amazing role will also see you automating and improving processes using PowerShell and Linux scripting with a focus on reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
