* Experience as a senior or lead level full stack developer with demonstrable projects using modern web technologies
 * Strong focus on front end development, including React and ideally Next.js, as well as Python or Django
 * Experience or some exposure to Headless CMS and API-driven architectures
 * Experience using CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
 * Good communication skills
 * Experience working with external technical stakeholders
 * Full, unrestricted rights to work in the UK are required; no company sponsorship

We are leading new web application projects as part of our digital transformation, with a focus on modern web technology, user experience and stakeholder engagement. The role is based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire, with hybrid working available and a minimum of two days in the office. Other flexible full-time working arrangements are possible. This is an initial 24-month fixed-term role with the possibility of extension to be discussed near the end of the term.
