* Provide first-line technical support to staff and pupils.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
 * Set up computers, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
 * Support interactive displays, projectors, printers, and classroom technology.
 * Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access issues.
 * Install and update approved software.
 * Maintain and organise IT equipment.
 * Log support requests and ensure issues are followed through.
 * Assist with basic network troubleshooting.
 * Escalate complex technical issues where appropriate.
