## Description

respective Salesforce implementations, within defined SLA periods. You will take complete ownership of all investigating, analysing, planning and implementation of support requests including bug fixes, queries and small scale development requests. As the Salesforce Administrator within the business you will be engaged directly with AspireCRM existing customers over a number of channels including, email, phone, Salesforce Experience Cloud and other messaging systems. You will be working closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure close adherence to customer managed service agreements and also liaise with other team members working with the customer. What You'll Bring: A strong interest in Salesforce and its products Previous experience providing Salesforce support Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud as a minimum Knowledge or experience in configuring Omniscript Excellent core configuration skills (Objects, fields, flows and permissions) Strong communication skills
