Governance & Scope: Maintain tight governance and change control processes to manage scope creep, ensuring the integrity of the project delivery. Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of best-practice workflows, moving the client from legacy systems to a modernized, automated environment. What you will bring to the role : Experience: 10+ years of experience in project/program management, specifically in delivering large-scale, complex software implementations (SaaS) within a consulting or technology provider environment. Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional, dispersed teams in a matrixed organization. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
