Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end lifecycle of market data, research, software and information-provider contracts.Track renewals, notice periods, subscriptions, fees and vendor records.Coordinate contract and approval workflows across internal stakeholders.Review key contractual details including entities, products, currencies, pricing, renewal dates and termination provisions.Maintain accurate information within contract lifecycle management and procurement systems.Support new subscriptions, amendments, renewals and cancellations.Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation and approvals.Review invoices against contractual terms and agreed services.Liaise with vendors and internal users to resolve contractual, billing and administrative issues.Maintain clear documentation and audit trails.
