You'll work closely with developers, service managers, and external technology partners to deliver highly available, secure, and resilient platforms and services. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance day to day operational demands with longer term improvement and optimisation. You'll maintain monitoring, support incident and request resolution, and help to shape best practices for deployment and operational support.
