A qualification in Project Management is also desirable. You will ideally be a Chartered Engineer or currently working towards Chartership. You will also be able to demonstrate to the following skills and experience: * Experience in a product development role at a senior level * Background in product design, development, innovation and design for manufacture * Commercial and business acumen * Excellent management and communication skills * Ability to work at various levels within the organisation * Excellent project management and presentation skills * Excellent proven leadership skills * Experience gained in the Railway industry or a comparable safety-critical industry is desirable. * Understanding and knowledge of Rail products and approvals - desirable. ## Description We are now recruiting for a Head of Hardware to lead the hardware team by ensuring hardware technical compliance, and serving as the primary interface coordinator for hardware engineering projects. They ensure that work output is delivered across multiple projects and product lines to meet customer requirements and support the growth of the business.
