## Description

* Drive forward the requirements for the CESA Futures work in Tax Admin
 * Derive existing system requirements
 * Form a catalogue and backlog of user stories
 * Help disaggregate the existing CESA solution and create a modern technical solution as part of the wider Modernisation Programme
 * Establish SRE engineering best practice from the outset, including analysis, solution design, build, test, and automation tooling
 * Explore the benefits of Gen AI capabilities such as legacy code descriptors and code converters to support delivery
 * Lead a team of analysts to deliver the new solution
 * Work with the wider engineering capability to deliver project goals
 * Help establish a reskilled and sustainable capability to support CESA thereafter
