* Minimum of 4 years of related experience in data center operations, infrastructure support, facilities operations, or technology operations.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

## Description

As a Data Center Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of DTCC's mission-critical data center environments. You will help ensure the availability, reliability, and security of infrastructure that supports global financial market operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively manage physical infrastructure, support technology deployments, monitor facility operations, and respond to incidents while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

 * Support daily data center operations including equipment installations, decommissions, hardware lifecycle management, and asset tracking.
 * Perform rack and stack activities, cabling, labeling, and connectivity verification for network, server, and storage infrastructure.
 * Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices.
 * Respond to operational incidents, alarms, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
 * Coordinate with internal technology teams, service providers, and vendors to support infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.
 * Maintain accurate documentation including rack elevations, cabling records, inventory databases, and operational procedures.
 * Assist with disaster recovery, business continuity, and site readiness activities.
 * Support capacity planning initiatives through infrastructure assessments and utilization reporting.
 * Promote a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
