 * Experience working with multiple teams and coordinating automation testing efforts for various integration projects
 * Demonstrated initiative and ability to start, develop, and complete short- and long-term projects
 * Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in the implementation of project specifications and design requirements
 * Knowledge ServiceNow, as a user and/or tester.
 * Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology

Qualifications:

Required:

 * An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
 * At least 3 years of experience working in in an enterprise IT or ITSM environment
 * University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience
 * Desired:
 * Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training materials, including self-help computer-based training (CBT) and video tutorials
 * 2 years' experience in technical training of hardware and software
 * 2 years' experience writing user guides and manual to technical and non-technical audience
 * Experience demonstrating in a hands-on or lecture presentation setting
 * Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
 * ITIL V4 Certified
 * ServiceNow certifications

## Description

CACI is seeking a SAaaS Software Trainer to support the All Spark ServiceNow software development team. In this role, you will develop training plans and materials, as well as deliver both online and face-to-face training in support of a ServiceNow ITSM and IT Service Catalog software build.
