## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or a technical GTM role.
 * Advanced proficiency with low-code automation tools such as Clay, Zapier, and n8n.
 * Working knowledge of APIs, including building and troubleshooting API calls. Traditional coding experience is not required; proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code is welcome.
 * Hands-on experience building AI workflows or prompting AI agents.
 * Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, etc.).
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client conversations independently.
 * Fluency in systems documentation and process mapping.
 * A strong bias for testing, automation, and solving root causes rather than symptoms.

NICE TO HAVE

 * Consulting or agency experience.
 * Background as a forward deployed engineer, AI engineer, data engineer, or technical product manager.
 * Claude or OpenAI certifications.
 * Experience with AI app-building tools such as Lovable.
 * Experience supporting demand councils and quarterly planning processes., * Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship, including OPT.

## Description

We're hiring our first GTM AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-enabled infrastructure across our clients' RevOps stacks. This role blends systems architecture with product thinking. You'll partner directly with clients to understand their business challenges, scope solutions, and build them hands-on. Your work will connect workflows, tools, and data into a unified ecosystem around the CRM. You'll lead client working sessions independently, manage expectations, and keep projects aligned to broader business goals., * Engineer scalable GTM infrastructure for inbound and outbound sales motions using platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Clay, n8n, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, and other AI-native tools.

 * Deploy agentic workflows that automate and optimize lead scoring, enrichment, routing, and follow-up based on dynamic funnel behavior.
 * Build and maintain API integrations that keep data flowing accurately between systems.
 * Scope client needs and translate business problems into technical solutions you design and deliver.
 * Apply Domestique's Strategy > Process > Tooling > Data > Enablement framework to operationalize full-funnel strategies.
 * Own configuration, QA, and ongoing optimization of GTM systems to ensure technical integrity and data trust.
 * Document system architecture, data schemas, and integrations in partnership with cross-functional teams.
 * Support client training and handoff with clear documentation, dashboards, and workflow logic.
