This role defines trusted metrics, automates recurring reports, identifies trends, and communicates practical recommendations., * Partner with Operations, Development, Finance, IT, OT, and other teams to define reporting and data requirements. * Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Power Query, and approved analytics tools. * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports. * Analyze trends, variances, risks, and performance drivers, and recommend practical actions. * Support data center analysis across capacity, energy, incidents, maintenance, assets, projects, budgets, vendors, and service performance. * Validate data, resolve discrepancies, document assumptions, and implement quality checks. * Maintain business metrics, data dictionaries, calculation logic, and reporting procedures. * Automate recurring data preparation and reporting to reduce manual effort. * Present findings clearly to technical, operational, and leadership audiences. * Follow CloudHQ security, privacy, access control, and data-handling requirements. * Support analytics projects, testing, process improvements, and new reporting capabilities., * Deliver accurate, timely, and decision-ready reporting. * Increase stakeholder adoption and trust in dashboards and defined metrics. * Reduce manual reporting effort through repeatable automation. * Improve data completeness, consistency, traceability, and documentation. * Translate analysis into measurable operational or business improvements.
