 * Solid experience in UI/UX Design for enterprise applications
 * Strong experience with Figma and modern design systems
 * Experience designing data-intensive platforms, dashboards, analytics, or BI solutions
 * Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies
 * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders

Nice To Have

 * Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or Commercial/Trading platforms
 * Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product teams
 * Background in agriculture, commodities, supply chain, or commercial analytics

## Description

* Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for analytics, reporting, and commercial intelligence products
 * Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
 * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Development teams
 * Ensure consistency across user interfaces, design systems, and digital products
 * Support usability testing and continuous improvement initiatives
