## About the Role

* Mid: 3+ years commercial C++
 * Senior: 8+ years C++ experience
 * Strong experience with high-load, low-latency systems
 * Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and networking
 * Experience in trading, market data, HFT, fintech, crypto, or other performance-critical environments

## Description

We're hiring Mid and Senior C++ Engineers to build and optimise low-latency trading systems, exchange connectivity, and market data infrastructure powering a high-performance crypto trading business.

What You'll Do

 * Build and maintain connectivity to crypto exchanges
 * Develop market data and trading system components
 * Optimise critical paths measured in microseconds and nanoseconds
 * Ship new features into live trading environments
 * Debug complex production issues across high-throughput systems
 * Work closely with traders, quants, and engineers, * FIX, WebSockets, Kafka
 * Python
 * AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana
 * DPDK / Kernel Bypass
 * Exchange connectivity or trading systems experience
