Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered product features is a plus. * Good understanding of application security and OWASP principles; experience working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar security standards is a plus. * You are autonomous and product-minded: comfortable starting with a problem, designing a solution, making technical decisions, and driving it through to production. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Back-end Product Engineer who takes real end-to-end ownership: from understanding the customer problem and designing the solution, to shipping it, running it in production, and improving it. This is a role for an engineer who works autonomously, thinks in product outcomes rather than tickets, and uses AI as a daily part of the craft. You'll work on the core backend systems behind Fluix - from workflow automation and offline mobile synchronization to document processing, e-signatures, and integrations with enterprise platforms. You'll build new capabilities while also evolving and improving a mature product used by real customers every day.
