## About the Role

* 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
 * Strong hands-on experience with:
 + Microsoft 365 Administration
 + Exchange Online
 + Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
 + SharePoint Online
 + Microsoft Teams
 + Intune / Endpoint Management
 + Identity and Access Management
 * Experience leading technical projects from discovery through implementation
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience creating technical documentation and operational procedures
 * Comfortable working directly with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams

Preferred Experience

 * Endpoint management, patch management, or software deployment solutions
 * Mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise technology integrations
 * Regulated or compliance-driven environments
 * ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks
 * Microsoft Copilot administration, governance, or security planning
 * Consulting, MSP, or project-based delivery experience
 * Automation experience using PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar tools

## Description

This is a hands-on, project-focused role for someone who can independently evaluate needs, recommend solutions, lead implementations, and document the environment. The position will support Microsoft 365 administration, acquisition integrations, endpoint management, identity and access, and broader infrastructure initiatives., * Lead Microsoft 365 projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation and documentation

 * Support Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, Entra ID / Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune
 * Assist with technology integration related to acquisitions and organizational growth
 * Evaluate third-party tools and technology solutions and make recommendations to IT leadership
 * Manage vendors and participate in solution evaluations
 * Support identity and access management initiatives
 * Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and administration playbooks
 * Partner with systems administrators, help desk teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
 * Support endpoint management, software deployment, and related infrastructure initiatives
 * Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and governance requirements
 * Assist with future Microsoft Copilot governance and deployment efforts
 * Create project plans, define milestones, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision
