The position is highly visible within the organization, as our clients are senior executives throughout the global Technology organization and the team's leadership directly supports the CTO., * Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise. * Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business improvements. * Partner with teams to analyze business trends and inform strategic decisions. * Facilitate collaboration among team members to enhance project outcomes. * Assess and report on the progress of strategic initiatives within the function., Project Management and Execution: Manage strategic projects end-to-end, delivering actionable recommendations for key clients. Coordinate execution of recommendations with key stakeholders as needed * AI-Enabled Development: Rapidly build and prototype enterprise-wide applications and internal tools using AI-assisted coding platforms * Research and Analysis: Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modeling) analysis in support of deliverables * Thought Leadership: Support PayPal's Technology leadership team by developing and articulating PayPal's position on long-term strategic issues, The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
