## Description

Make an impact As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure that supports our internal applications and DevOps toolchain. You will work across a diverse application landscape and contribute to the success of our software development and business operations. In this role, you will:

 * Manage and support business-critical applications and IT infrastructure.
 * Design, develop, and continuously improve application infrastructure solutions.
 * Perform system patching, upgrades, and stability improvements.
 * Monitor application performance and proactively optimize system health and availability.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot application, server, and database performance issues.
 * Lead incident investigation and resolution activities to minimize downtime.
 * Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
 * Configure, administer, and enhance internal tools and platforms.
 * Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
 * Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
 * Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our DevOps and infrastructure capabilities.
