## Description

Betreuung und Wartung des ERP und weiteren IT-Systemen wie CRM, Dokumentenmanagementsystem und PIM

 - 1st- und 2nd-Level Support für die Systeme
 - Annahme und direkte Unterstützung von Anfragen der Benutzer
 - Testen neuer Prozesse und Funktionen der einzelnen Applikationen
 - Organisation und Schulung der User betreffend Änderungen und Neuerungen
 - Artikelstammdatenpflege im ERP und PIM
 - Unterstützung in IT-Projekten der Einführung eines neues CRM-Systems
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern und der Gruppen IT in der Schweiz
