## About the Role

Verantwortung: Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Servicepartnern sowie Übernahme komplexer Incidents und technischer Eskalationen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung moderner Workplace- und Infrastrukturservices mit Microsoft 365, Intune und Entra ID sowie Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsprozesse Umsetzung und Überprüfung technischer Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen bei neuen Systemen, Applikationen und Infrastrukturkomponenten Technische Begleitung von IT-Projekten von der Evaluation neuer Technologien bis zur Betriebsübergabe sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen und praxisnahen Schulungsunterlagen Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit höherer Weiterbildung auf HF-/FH-/Universitätsniveau oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation sowie mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in professionellen IT-Umgebungen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID und Windows Client Management sowie
