 * Systemadministration: Betreuung von Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V/Proxmox, Benutzerverwaltung, Patchmanagement, Backup-Kontrolle und Monitoring
 * Kundenbetreuung & Kommunikation: Direkter technischer Support und Beratung unserer Kunden, Verständliche Kommunikation - auch bei komplexen Themen
 * Security & Compliance: MFA-Einrichtung, Endpoint-Security, Schwachstellenbearbeitung. Mitarbeit bei Security Incidents und DSGVO-Themen
