## About the Role

Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft mit. Du analysierst Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und erarbeitest passende technische und prozessuale Lösungen. Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bei Fragen und Problemstellungen rund um ERP und ICT. Du schulst und begleitest Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei neuen oder angepassten Funktionen. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Systemverantwortlichen und externen Partnern zusammen. Qualifikationen: Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Informatiker*in EFZ, ICT-Fachfrau/-mann EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du bringst ERP-Erfahrung mit; Kenntnisse in eNVenta sind ein grosses Plus. Du besitzt sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im IT-Support und Windows-Umfeld . Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und überzeugst mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie gutem Prozessverständnis. Du beherrschst Deutsch schriftlich sowie mündlich einwandfrei ; Französischkenntnisse sind
