KGaA - **Location:** Frankfurt am Main, Germany - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP (Applications), SAP Knowledge Warehouse, SAP Project Management, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Ariba - **Published:** September 25, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.adzuna.de/details/5897039908 ## About the Role * At least five years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally in an international project environment * Experience supporting project management teams or PMO structures; exposure to ERP or transformation programs is an advantage * Basic understanding of SAP project phases and rollout terminology * Strong organizational skills, ownership and a structured, proactive working style * High attention to detail and reliability in tracking responsibilities and deadlines * Confident use of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint; experience with PMO tools is an advantage * SAP knowledge, particularly ARIBA experience, is desirable * Professional communication skills in English and German and confidence working across cultures and time zones * Office presence: At least three - four days per week in Bad Homburg ## Description As SAP Template Rollout Program Assistant, you support the program management team in the organizational, administrative and operational delivery of an international SAP template and rollout program.
