(written and verbal) * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and system configurations * Team Player, flexible and curious. * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications and Information Technology or a related field (such as Industrial Engineering) * English& Spanish language fluent Preferred requirements: * Experience in logistics processes * Stakeholders management * Change Management * Databases and Client access to them (Oracle, SQL, Web technologies) * Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. ## Description To have a detailed understanding of the Logistics Business from a technical and operational perspective for Internal and External customers. To act as an IT consultant at key stages of a project and providing possible solutions. Analysis & capture of business requirements, specifications of enhancements or development work. To Lead and support IT projects that do not require entry into the DHL PMO database. To test application functionalities. Training users to a level of competence in the system. To be responsible to deal with IT Service Providers and main Interface for Customer IT manager. The key responsibilities for you as IT Analyst include To ensure that the assigned user community is functional and can operate the business with minimum disruption providing out of hours cover as required. Undertaking general systems housekeeping. Application functional support and L1 for all systems related issues & queries as the interface between the Business Operations management, Customers IT management and IT Team to Improve system performance/functionality & efficiencies. Scheduling and running of Application Management routines Ensure that DHL & Customer company policies are applied where applicable. Training and Documentation - define requirement for and then facilitate creation and maintenance of required IT documentation.
