## Description

In dieser Rolle sorgst du für den reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Systeme, betreust die Infrastruktur, bearbeitest Tickets, dokumentierst Prozesse und unterstützt das Team in der internen IT-Betreuung., * Betreuung, Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur

 * Bearbeitung von Tickets und Projekt-Arbeitspaketen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentation
 * Unterstützung aller Mitarbeiter der APK-Gruppe im Rahmen interner IT-Support-Prozesse
 * Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Dienstleistern sowie IT-Ansprechpartnern
