## Description

In dieser Position verantwortest du die strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung von Test- und Validierungskonzepten, führst ein Team und koordinierst die Qualitätssicherung in den Bereichen Leistungselektronik, Kommunikation und Steuerungstechnik., * Strategische Planung, Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung von Validierungs- und Testkonzepten im Unternehmen.

 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Mitarbeitenden.
 * Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung der Teamaufgaben.
 * Sicherstellung der Qualität, Normenkonformität und Dokumentation der Validierungs- und Testergebnisse.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und weiteren Fachbereichen.
