## Description

In dieser Position verwaltest du interne Systeme, pflegst Microsoft Client- und Server-Umgebungen, betreust Netzwerktechnologien von Cisco und bist für das IT-Service Desk verantwortlich., * Verwaltung von Applikationen und internen Systemen

 * Wartung von Microsoft Client und Server Umgebungen
 * Betreuung von Netzwerktechnologien im Cisco Umfeld
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Reports und Dashboards
 * Service Desk (1st/2nd Level) inkl. Ticketbearbeitung und Priorisierung
 * Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * Mitarbeit und Organisation von IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Verträgen
 * Mitarbeit in Organisation, Verwaltung und Kostenplanung
