## Description

* Ticket-Support über Atlassian Service Desk: Analyse, Klassifizierung, Priorisierung und strukturierte Lösung von Kundenanfragen.
 * Direkte Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Schnittstellen-Partnern über das Ticketsystem (schriftlich, nachvollziehbar, dokumentiert).
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Softwarelösungen inkl. API-Management-Plattform.
 * Durchführung von API-Tests (z. B. mit Postman) und Unterstützung bei Schnittstellenanbindungen.
 * Monitoring von Services, Dashboards und Alerts und Koordination von Maßnahmen.
 * Erstellen von Release Notes, Kundendokumentation und interner Dokumentation.
 * Sicherstellung der termingerechten und effizienten Projektabwicklung.
