* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation., * Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Webtechnologien wie JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML und CSS.
 * Know-how in den Bereichen Responsive Design, Cross-Browser-Kompatibilität, Accessibility und UI-/UX-Qualität.
 * Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamgeist.
 * Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Freude daran, Produkte kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch mindestens C1).

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung von Webanwendungen, z. B. mit Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Serenity BDD, Jest oder ähnlichen Tools.
 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, idealerweise GitLab, sowie sicherer Umgang mit Git.
 * Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Frontend-Frameworks wie Angular, React oder Vue, Kenntnisse von Standards im Gesundheitswesen wie HL7, DICOM oder IHE.

In dieser Rolle entwickelst du automatisierte Tests für Frontend-Anwendungen, gestaltest Qualitätssicherungsprozesse und optimierst die User Experience durch Testing-Strategien. Fokus liegt auf modernen Webtechnologien und Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams., * Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Wartung automatisierter Frontend-, UI- und End-to-End-Tests.

 * Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Quality-Assurance-Prozesse mit Fokus auf User Experience und moderne Benutzeroberflächen.
 * Planung, Durchführung, Koordination und Monitoring von Softwaretests inklusive aussagekräftigem Reporting.
 * Konzeption und Implementierung automatisierter Regressions-, Cross-Browser-, Performance-, Accessibility- und Security-Tests.
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität moderner Webanwendungen auf unterschiedlichen Browsern, Devices und Bildschirmgrößen.
 * Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Continuous-Testing-Strategie gemeinsam mit Development, Product Ownern sowie UX/UI-Teams.
 * Beratung und Sparringpartner für Entwicklung, Product Owner und Management in den Bereichen Produktqualität, Testabdeckung und Usability.
