 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Begleitung und Koordination der Umsetzung
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs inklusive Fehleranalyse- und -behebung (2nd/3rd Level
Support)

 * Steuerung und Koordination von Vorhaben sowie fallweise Mitarbeit in Projekten
