## About the Role

* HTL/ Fachschule Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar (von Vorteil)
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder technischen Umfeld
 * Technisches Grundverständnis im elektromechanischen Umfeld (z. B. Relais)

 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ITSystemen, erste Erfahrung mit KI-Tools (z. B. Copilot, ChatGPT)

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Zulassungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Prüfstellen
 * Prüfung und Bewertung von Projekt- und Produktdaten zur Sicherstellung vollständiger Anträge
 * Koordination mehrerer paralleler Projekte (Termine, Risiken, Kommunikation)
 * Prüfung und Freigabe von Zertifikaten und Zulassungsdokumenten
 * Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation und Datenpflege in TE-Systemen
 * Unterstützung bei normkonformer Kennzeichnung und Bedruckung
 * Ressourcenplanung für globale EngineeringTeams unter Berücksichtigung von Budget und Prioritäten
 * Eigenständige Abwicklung kleinerer Zulassungsprojekte
 * Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen und Unterstützung des globalen GAA-Teams
 * Einhaltung von LeanPD-/Engineering-Prozessen und Minimierung regulatorischer Risiken
