* Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ gleichwertige Berufserfahrung., * Arbeitsweise & Kommunikation: Kommunikationsstark, moderationssicher, eigenverantwortlich, teamorientiert; fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
 * Zertifizierungen: Einschlägige SAP S/4HANA-Zertifizierungen (z. B. SAP Certified Application Associate in relevanten Modulen wie PP/EWM, SAP Activate Project Manager, SAP Cloud ALM).
 * Führerschein Klasse B & Reisebereitschaft.
 * Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.

Erfahrung

 * Projektmethodik: Fundierte Erfahrung mit Agile/Scrum und SAP Activate; sicherer Umgang mit SAP Cloud ALM (End-to-End-Projektsteuerung, Requirements, Test-, Defect- und Release-Management).

## Description

* S/4HANA Greenfield-Implementierung: Aktive Mitwirkung über alle Phasen (Discover, Prepare, Explore inkl. Fit-to-Standard/Fit/Gap, Realize, Test, Deploy/Cutover, Go-Live/Hypercare); Testmanagement (SIT, UAT), Cutover-Planung, Datenmigration; Go-Live-Support und Hypercare.
 * Du übernimmst für deine Streams S2P/S2F und somit den Modulen PP/EWM das Anforderungsmanagement, moderierst Workshops und unterstützt bei der Business Case Erstellung.
 * Du arbeitest bei der Konzeption, Customizing und Dokumentation eines ERP-Templates mit.
 * Darüber hinaus arbeitest du eng zusammen mit dem Prozessmanagement, den Key Usern und dem IT-Team und konzipierst innovative Lösungen für den Stream.
 * Beratung und fachliche Unterstützung der Key-User im Tagesgeschäft sowie Durchführung von Schulungen; 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für die Key User und Fachbereiche.
 * Unterstützung bei der Stammdatenpflege, Migrationen und Schnittstellen zwischen Modulen.
