## Description

In dieser Rolle analysierst du Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst den Servicekatalog weiter und implementierst neue Prozesse zur Integration in Systeme wie SAP. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachabteilungen und Dienstleistern zusammen, bist für Qualitätssicherung verantwortlich und dokument, * Analyse von Kund*innenanforderungen und Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Konzepte

 * Weiterentwicklung des Servicekatalogs
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von neuen und Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Serviceprozessen
 * Design und Aufbau übergreifender Prozesse und Systeme zur Integration (SAP, Campusmanagement, ...)
 * Mitwirkung an Datenaufbereitung, Migration und Validierung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, internen Fachabteilungen sowie Entwickler*innen und Systemarchitekt*innen
 * Qualitätssicherung, Dokumentation
