 * Beteiligung an Akquise-Tätigkeiten sowie Themenvermarktung, zum Beispiel bei Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
 * Planung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Projektaktivitäten.
 * Steuerung und Überwachung externer IT-Dienstleister.
 * Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen des IT-Betriebs.
 * Schulen, Beraten und Coachen in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen, -Methoden und -Werkzeugen.
 * Erschließung und Evaluierung neuer Technologien sowie Ableitung innovativer und (zukunfts-)sicherer Lösungen.
