 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten im ERP- & Applikationsumfeld
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen, einschließlich Konfigurationsdetails, Abläufen und Troubleshooting-Guides
 * Ansprechpartner bei allgemeinen IT-Anfragen (1st & 2nd Level Support)
