## Description

* Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanfragen über das Ticketsystem
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd-Level-Support und Softwareentwicklung zur Lösungsfindung
 * Durchführung interner Fehleranalysen inklusive Aufbau von Testumgebungen und Testszenarien
 * Remote-Unterstützung bei technischen Störungen unserer deutschsprachigen Kund*innen
 * Erstellung und laufende Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Wissensaustausch und Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen unterschiedlicher Fachbereiche
 * Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Systemen und Supportprozessen
