## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene einschlägige IT-Ausbildung (Universität, FH oder HTL) und mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich IT Operations oder IT-Infrastruktur - vorzugsweise auch in der Führung von Führungskräften sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Betrieb, Planung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen und IT-Architekturen, insbesondere im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb., * Breites technologisches Verständnis in folgenden Bereichen: Server-Betriebssysteme (Microsoft Windows Server, Linux); Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V) und Container-Technologien; Storage-, Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen; Datenbanksysteme- und Technologien; Netzwerktechnologien (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancing); Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen (z. B. Microsoft Azure, M365); Monitoring- und Automatisierungslösungen.

Erfahrung

 * Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management nach ITIL sowie mit gängigen ITSM-Tools.
 * Kenntnisse relevanter Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards (z. B. ISO 27001, NIS2) sowie Erfahrung im Notfall- und Business-Continuity-Management von Vorteil.
 * Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz, unternehmerisches Denken, eine service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie nachweisliche Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement und in der Steuerung komplexer Organisationseinheiten.
