## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar, * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit CODESYS und der IEC 61131-3 Programmiersprache Structured Text (ST)
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Funktionale Sicherheit sowie Cyber Security (z. B. CRA)
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Applikations-, Software- oder Steuerungsentwicklung
 * Erfahrung mit mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Hochvoltsystemen wünschenswert

## Description

In dieser Position führst du ein kleines Team und bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung sicherheitsgerichteter Software für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen, sowie die Planung und Steuerung der Projekte mit Jira., * Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines kleinen Entwicklungsteams

 * Aktive Mitgestaltung zukünftiger Maschinen-, Steuerungs- und Softwarekonzepte
 * Entwicklung funktionaler und sicherheitsgerichteter Applikationen für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen
 * Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie der laufenden Aufgaben im Team (Jira)
 * Verantwortung für die Ressourcen-, Kapazitäts- und Terminplanung innerhalb des Teams
 * Sicherstellung einer strukturierten, effizienten und qualitätsorientierten Projektabwicklung
 * Gewährleistung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (z. B. Maschinenverordnung, Cyber Security)
