 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Azure DevOps oder vergleichbaren Systemen (Backlog-Management & Workflow-Transparenz).

## Description

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der Abteilung Digital Solutions & Consulting, anderen internen IT-Abteilungen und Business Units sowie externen Dienstleistern.
 * Ausarbeitung, Umsetzung und Sicherstellung, dass SCRUM-Theorien, -Praktiken und -Werte im gesamten Team und der Organisation verstanden werden.
 * Unterstützung von Product Ownern beim Management des Product Backlogs.
 * Planung, Moderation von SCRUM-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review, -Retrospective).
 * Vermittlung agiler Prinzipien und Mindset inklusive Coaching der Teams in Selbstorganisation und Cross-Funktionalität.
 * Erkennung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen.
 * Etablierung einer Kultur zur ständigen Prozessverbesserung.
